1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the up786 website, creating an account, or using any part of the platform — including sports betting, casino, slots, or bingo — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the up786 platform.

3Account Registration

Each person may register one account only on the up786 platform. Holding or operating more than one account — regardless of the name, email address, phone number, or payment method used — is a breach of these terms.

When registering, you agree to:

up786 is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access where the account holder has failed to keep login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4Deposits & Payment Methods

All deposits on up786 are processed in PKR (Pakistani Rupees). The following payment methods are currently supported for deposits:

• JazzCash — mobile wallet transfer via OTP confirmation
• Easypaisa — mobile wallet transfer via OTP confirmation
• Raast — instant interbank transfer
• Bank Transfer — direct bank-to-bank deposit
• Debit and Credit Cards
• Mobile Wallets — other supported wallet platforms

You may only deposit funds from payment methods that are registered in your own name. Depositing using a payment account belonging to another person is not permitted and may result in the deposit being reversed and the account being suspended.

up786 does not charge a fee on deposits processed through the platform; however, your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside up786's control. Deposit limits — both minimum and maximum per transaction — are displayed in the cashier section of your account and may vary depending on the payment method selected.

Deposits that have been wagered cannot be reversed. By confirming a deposit transaction, you acknowledge that the funds are intended for use on the up786 platform.

5Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed by the up786 finance team and paid out in PKR to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible. In some cases, alternative withdrawal arrangements may be agreed through the support team.

The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• Your account must be fully verified before any withdrawal is processed.
• Any active bonus funds must meet the applicable wagering requirements before the associated real money balance can be withdrawn.
• Withdrawals are subject to a minimum amount as displayed in the cashier section of your account.
• up786 reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks before releasing a withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or accounts that have not previously completed a withdrawal.

Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically the fastest. Bank transfers may take additional time depending on the receiving bank's processing schedule. up786 aims to review and approve withdrawal requests within a reasonable timeframe, but processing times are not guaranteed and may be affected by verification requirements or payment provider delays.

If a withdrawal request is declined, the funds will be returned to your up786 account balance and you will be notified through the support channel. Repeated withdrawal requests that fail due to incorrect payment details are the account holder's responsibility.

6Bonuses & Promotions

up786 may offer bonuses, free bets, promotional credits, and other incentives to registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Bonuses are credited in PKR and are applied to your bonus balance, separate from your real money balance.
• Each bonus carries a wagering requirement — the number of times the bonus amount must be wagered before it can be converted to withdrawable funds. The wagering requirement for each offer is stated clearly at the time the bonus is awarded.
• Bonuses may have an expiry period. If the wagering requirement is not met within the stated timeframe, the bonus and any winnings generated from it will be forfeited automatically.
• Only one active bonus can be held at a time unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash directly without meeting wagering requirements.
• up786 reserves the right to withdraw or amend any bonus offer at any time without prior notice if there is evidence of misuse, exploitation, or abuse of the promotion system.

7Sports Betting Rules

The up786 sports betting section covers a wide range of markets including cricket, PSL (Pakistan Super League), T20 internationals, bilateral cricket series, domestic tournaments, football, and esports. The following rules apply to all sports bets placed on the platform:

• All bets are placed in PKR and settled in PKR at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed.
• Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the platform, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to the live odds displayed at the time of placement. up786 reserves the right to suspend in-play betting markets at any point without notice.
• If a match, event, or fixture is postponed, abandoned, or cancelled, bets will be settled according to the relevant sport's settlement rules, which are published in the sports betting section of the platform.
• Palpable errors in odds — for example, odds that are clearly incorrect due to a technical or human error — will be voided and the stake returned. up786 makes the final determination on what constitutes a palpable error.
• Maximum bet limits apply per market and per event. These limits are displayed in the bet slip before confirmation.
• Accumulator bets are permitted. If one or more selections in an accumulator are voided, the accumulator will be recalculated without the voided selection.

up786 monitors betting patterns for unusual activity. Bets placed by automated systems, bots, or in coordination with other accounts to exploit odds may be voided and the accounts involved may be suspended pending review.

8Casino, Slots & Bingo

The up786 casino, slots, and bingo sections are provided for entertainment purposes. All games are sourced from recognised game providers and operate on certified random number generator (RNG) systems or live-streamed from professional studio environments.

• Game outcomes in slots and RNG table games are determined by certified random number generators. No strategy, pattern, or system can predict or influence the outcome of any spin or hand.
• Live casino games are streamed from professional studios with real dealers. Technical disconnections during a live casino game will be handled according to the game provider's rules. In most cases, if a disconnection occurs after a bet has been placed and accepted, the bet stands.
• Bingo tickets, once purchased for a scheduled game, are non-refundable. If a Bingo room game is cancelled before it begins, tickets will be refunded to the player's account balance.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all casino and slot games and are displayed within each game interface.

9Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live casino games, or any other multiplayer game format.
• Exploiting software bugs, display errors, or calculation errors to place bets or generate winnings that would not otherwise be possible.
• Attempting to circumvent deposit limits, self-exclusion periods, or account restrictions through the use of alternate accounts or payment methods.

10Account Suspension & Closure

up786 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its discretion. Reasons for account action include, but are not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• Registration or use of the platform by a person under the age of 18.
• Operation of multiple accounts by the same individual.
• Abuse of bonuses or promotional offers.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting the up786 support team. Any real money balance remaining after all applicable checks have been completed will be returned via the player's registered payment method. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.
